Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the MYTH platform. These terms govern your access to and use of all MYTH products and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MYTH platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. MYTH reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
MYTH is an AI-powered mobile application builder that allows users to generate Flutter-based mobile applications through natural language prompts. The Service includes, but is not limited to, AI code generation, live preview, APK compilation, source code download, and a community Marketplace.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access the full functionality of MYTH. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
MYTH offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as specified at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. You are entitled to a full refund if requested within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy at mythai.pro/refund-policy for full details. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
The code and applications generated by MYTH using your prompts are owned by you. The MYTH platform, branding, UI, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of MYTH and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without express written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MYTH to: • Generate applications that promote violence, hate speech, or illegal activities. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models. • Circumvent usage limits or access controls. • Distribute malware or harmful code through our Marketplace. • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.
7. Marketplace
The MYTH Marketplace allows users to publish, share, and fork applications. You are solely responsible for the content you publish. MYTH reserves the right to remove any Marketplace listing that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. By publishing to the Marketplace, you grant MYTH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your listing.
8. M-Coins and Credits
Certain features of the Service are governed by a credit system ("M-Coins"). M-Coins are consumed per AI generation or build action. M-Coins are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation. Unused M-Coins may expire as described in your plan details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MYTH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to MYTH in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MYTH does not guarantee that the generated code will be error-free, production-ready, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated code should be reviewed before use in production environments.
11. Termination
MYTH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time from the account settings page. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
