These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the MYTH website, Windows desktop application, account services and AI development features (together, the Service). MYTH, we, us and our refer to the team operating the Service from Islamabad, Pakistan. You refers to the person using the Service or the organisation they are authorised to represent.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling; the Cookie & Storage Policy explains device storage; and the Refund Policy explains refunds. The terms displayed at checkout also apply to a purchase.
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If your location requires an older age or parental permission, those requirements also apply. To make a purchase or act for an organisation, you must have the authority required for that transaction.
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not share credentials in ways that bypass plan limits or compromise another person’s data.
MYTH helps you create and develop Flutter applications using AI prompts, a code workspace, design tools and a live preview. Available features depend on your plan, system setup and the current release. The application builder in this release runs on Windows; the website provides downloads, documentation, sign-in and account and billing services.
Projects, previews and Android builds run on your computer. You need a compatible system, an internet connection for account and AI services, and the relevant development tools. Android builds require the Android toolchain. A web preview does not establish that an APK or another platform build has passed. Support for Flutter targets does not mean MYTH supplies every target’s build tools or a hosted deployment service.
Free and paid plans have different AI allowances, model access and feature availability. The current plan page and checkout show the applicable price, currency, billing interval and included features. Do not rely on an old screenshot or documentation example as a price commitment.
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for MYTH subscription transactions. It processes payment, applicable transaction taxes and receipts under its buyer terms. MYTH does not receive your full payment-card number. A subscription renews at the interval agreed at checkout until cancelled. We will give prior notice of changes to pricing that apply to your subscription.
Initial purchases have the 14-calendar-day refund entitlement described in our Refund Policy. Refunds, renewal requests, cancellations and mandatory consumer rights are explained there in more detail.
AI use is measured by the computational cost of requests, rather than simply the number of messages. A complex request, larger project context or more expensive model can use more allowance. Free plans have a weekly allowance; paid plans may have both five-hour and weekly allowances. Your account’s usage view and current plan information show the applicable windows.
Limits reset on the account’s recurring schedule. Unused allowance does not roll over. Allowance is not money, transferable credit or a cash balance. Do not evade quotas, access controls or concurrency controls. Requests can be queued, interrupted or stopped when an allowance or operational limit is reached.
As between you and MYTH, you retain ownership of the prompts, assets and other material you supply, and you own the code and applications generated for you, subject to rights in third-party material. You may use and modify that source for personal or commercial projects.
You give MYTH the permission needed to process the content you submit and relevant project context to provide the requested features, including sending context to the AI providers used for your request. You must have the right to provide uploaded material and connect external services.
Generated output can resemble output provided to others. Dependencies, fonts, images, SDKs and other third-party components remain subject to their own licences. Review those licences and required notices before distributing an application. MYTH’s software, interface, trademarks and underlying technology remain owned by MYTH or its licensors.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Automated analysis, builds and previews help identify issues, but are not a warranty, security audit or regulatory assessment. Review code, test important flows and verify payment, authentication and data-handling behaviour before release.
You are responsible for applications you distribute, including your users’ privacy, accessibility, security, app-store requirements and any laws applying to their use. Do not rely on generated output as professional legal, medical, financial or security advice.
The desktop application can read project context and perform development actions within the permissions you grant. Review approval requests, especially changes to files, terminal actions, database operations and external connections. Permission to perform one type of action does not make another action safe or appropriate.
Keep independent backups of important folders. Version history is useful, but is not a replacement for your own backup strategy. Use the dedicated secret-entry and configuration controls for API credentials; avoid putting secrets into ordinary chat, screenshots or source files intended for distribution.
AI providers, Google sign-in, Paddle, Supabase, Stripe, development tools and package registries operate under their own terms. Their availability, permissions, charges and technical requirements can affect your project. You are responsible for accounts and credentials you choose to connect.
Paddle processes payments for MYTH subscriptions. Stripe, where used in an app you build, is a separate integration for that app’s payments. A MYTH subscription does not include every third-party service’s fees or guarantee those services’ availability.
Use the Service lawfully and respect other people’s rights. In particular, you must not:
- Create or distribute malware, facilitate fraud, or obtain unauthorised access to systems or data.
- Use MYTH to promote violence, hate or illegal activity, or infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- Circumvent billing, rate limits, permissions or account restrictions, or disrupt the Service for others.
- Attempt to extract underlying AI models or reverse-engineer protected technology except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Submit content or credentials you do not have permission to use.
Features can change as MYTH develops. Maintenance, provider outages, local tooling, network problems and security incidents can interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular development result.
We may make reasonable changes to protect security, meet legal requirements or improve the Service. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected in the updated date, with additional notice where required. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
You can cancel a renewing subscription from the website’s account and billing controls. Unless a refund or other legal requirement applies, paid access continues to the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling the app, signing out or deleting a local project does not cancel a subscription.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks or unlawful activity. You may request account deletion through desktop Settings → Account. A renewing paid plan must first be cancelled. Review the deletion confirmation and keep a copy of files you need.
Account deletion and local file deletion are different. The app removes its account-linked project metadata on that computer when it processes account deletion; source folders are not automatically removed. Our Privacy Policy explains retained records and data-deletion requests.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that generated code is error-free, production-ready or suitable for your intended use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MYTH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to MYTH in the twelve months before that claim.
These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This provision does not remove mandatory consumer protections or access to a court, regulator or other remedy where your local law preserves those rights.
