Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with MYTH. If you are not satisfied, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the refund terms for MYTH subscription payments processed through Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By purchasing a MYTH subscription, you agree to this policy.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan does not require payment and has no refund terms. You can continue using it without charge.

3. Subscription Charges

Paid plans are billed in USD on a recurring monthly or annual cycle as stated at checkout. All charges are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record on behalf of MYTH.

4. 14-Day Refund Window

You are entitled to a full refund if you request one within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at myth.team.ai@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge date and we will process it promptly.

5. Renewal Payments

If you are charged for a subscription renewal and wish to request a refund, please contact us within 14 calendar days of the renewal charge. We will review and process your request. To prevent future renewals, cancel your subscription before the next billing date from your account settings.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops all future charges.

7. How To Request a Refund

To request a refund, email myth.team.ai@gmail.com with: • Your account email address • The date and amount charged • Your Paddle transaction reference (if available) We aim to respond and process eligible refund requests within 3 business days.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the matter quickly. You can reach us at myth.team.ai@gmail.com.

10. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Where local legislation provides stronger refund rights, those statutory rights take precedence over this policy.
